Fitness influencer Sarah Stevenson, who goes by Sarah’s Day online, has shared her five-ingredient smoothie recipe. 

The Australian wellness vlogger said the green smoothie bowl recipe helps support the immune system, digestion, increase phytonutrient intake and consume high quality chlorophyll. 

She simply blends together one cup of frozen mango, half a cup of frozen avocado and coconut milk with a tablespoon each of Tropeaka’s cookie dough protein and superfood greens + D powders.

Sarah transferred the mixture to a bowl and topped with crushed cashews, coconut flakes and dried berries. 

The 28-year-old mum of two said the smoothie bowl is perfect for those who struggle to get their daily intake of vegetables and greens throughout the day. 

The video has been viewed more than 278,000 times since it was posted to Instagram earlier this month and many fans said they were keen to give the healthy smoothie a try. 

Sarah said the smoothie recipe helps support healthy digestion, boosts immunity and is a great to get your daily intake for greens and vegetables

Sarah’s green smoothie recipe 

 Ingredients

1 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup of frozen avocado

Coconut milk 

1 tbs of Tropeaka cookie dough fit protein  

 

1 tbs of Tropeaka superfood greens + D

Cashew nuts

Coconut flakes

Dried berries

Method

Add the mango, avocado, Tropeka powders and a glass of coconut milk to a blender and blitz until smooth

Crush a small handful of cashews in a mortar and pestle 

Transfer the smoothie blend to a bowl and top with crushed cashews, a pinch of coconut flakes and dried berries  

‘Love it, absolutely glowing,’ one woman said.
